That is how you might feel if your friend drops the “p” bomb. “I’m pregnant.”

Your friend is likely feeling overwhelmed with the news of an unexpected pregnancy and it is understandable if you are feeling overwhelmed too.

I don’t know about you, but the song from Frozen 2 “Into the unknown” gets stuck in my head a lot. Mostly because I have a daughter who loves the movie and sings the song over and over again, and a little because it’s just catchy.

As I listened to the words of the song, I couldn’t help but be reminded of being pregnant for the first time because that’s exactly how it felt, walking into the unknown.
